SAP Fiori is SAP’s user experience (UX) design system for all SAP software. SAP UI5 (User Interface for HTML5) is the development framework that is used to build Fiori apps. The SAP user interface for HTML5 (SAPUI5) is the foundation framework for building Fiori applications. It is a JavaScript UI library for creating responsive, enterprise-grade web applications. It offers a set of UI controls, features for data binding, and support for the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture, which makes it a primary choice for Fiori app developers. SAP Fiori is not a framework — it’s a design system that defines how enterprise apps should look and behave across environments.
