Refund & Cancellation Policy
Plans change. Here's exactly what happens to your fee when they do.
If a course doesn't work out before it begins, you're covered. Once a batch has started, your seat is locked in — read on for the specifics, the process, and what happens if a cancellation is on us.
01 — Overview
How Refunds Work, in Brief
This policy explains when you're eligible for a refund, how much is returned, how long it takes, and what happens if Kasha Training needs to postpone, cancel, or relocate a training. It applies to all instructor-led courses booked through kashatraining.com unless a separate corporate agreement says otherwise.
02 — What You Get Back
Refund Outcomes by Timing
What you're entitled to depends entirely on one thing: whether your course has started. Here's how it breaks down.
Within 7 days of purchase & before the course starts
Refund, less processing fee 90% back
Let us know within 7 days of purchase that you can't take the course, and we'll refund your payment minus a 10% processing fee.
After the course has started
No refund 0%
Once your batch has begun, you're no longer entitled to a refund of any kind. If you need to step away, ask our support team about rescheduling instead — see below.
Cancelled by Kasha Training
Full refund 100% back
If we're the ones who cancel a training, you'll receive a complete refund — no processing fee, no exceptions.
03 — How to Request One
The Refund Process
-
Contact support
Reach out to our support team to initiate any refund — this is the only way a request can be opened.
-
Submit within 7 days
Tell us you can't take the course and send your refund request within 7 days of your original purchase.
-
We review & approve
Kasha Training reviews the request and confirms approval. A 10% processing fee is deducted from approved refunds.
-
Funds are released
Once approved, your refund is processed within 7–10 working days, back to your original payment method.
04 — Rescheduling Instead
Moving to a Different Batch
If a refund isn't what you need — you'd simply prefer a different start date — rescheduling may be the better option. Let our support team know, and they'll check the next batch for you.
05 — If We Cancel or Reschedule
When the Disruption Is on Our Side
Occasionally, a training has to be postponed, cancelled, or moved to a different location. Kasha Training reserves this right when it's genuinely necessary — for reasons including:
Insufficient enrolments
If too few students sign up to run a batch viably, we may postpone or merge it with a later one.
Instructor illness
If your instructor is unable to deliver a session, we'll reschedule with the same or an equally qualified trainer.
Events beyond our control
Floods, earthquakes, political instability, and similar events outside our control may require a postponement.
100% refund, always
Whatever the cause, if the cancellation is on our side, you're entitled to a full refund — no deductions.
