01 — Acceptance

Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of kashatraining.com (the "Website") and all services offered by Kasha Training ("we", "us", "our"), including course enrolments, demo sessions, corporate training, trainer applications, email newsletters, and SMS services.

By accessing our Website or enrolling in any programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02 — Our Services

What We Offer

Kasha Training provides technical education services from Noida, Delhi NCR, India, as well as online. Our offerings include:

• Instructor-led live online training — Python, Data Science, Java, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, DevOps, Testing Tools, Web Development, and more
• Self-paced video training — recorded courses designed to help students advance their professional careers at their own pace
• Free demo sessions — introductory sessions available before enrolment
• Corporate training — customised programmes for organisations and their employees
• Placement support — interview preparation, resume guidance, and referrals to hiring partners
• Trainer onboarding — a platform for experienced professionals to teach and build a portfolio

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

03 — Enrolment & Eligibility

Registering for a Course

To enrol in any programme, you must meet the following conditions:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have verifiable parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Have the technical prerequisites stated for the specific course (where applicable)
• Agree to attend sessions responsibly and participate in good faith

Kasha Training reserves the right to reject or cancel an enrolment if information provided is found to be false or if the student's conduct is deemed disruptive to the learning environment.

04 — Scheduling

Delay & Cancellation of Classes

In the event that a scheduled class is delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled, we will inform participants at least one day in advance wherever possible.

• Notifications regarding delays or cancellations are sent based on the specific course and batch you are enrolled in
• Updates are shared via email, SMS, or the communication channel registered at the time of enrolment
• Where a delay or cancellation is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make best efforts to communicate revised timings as soon as they are confirmed

05 — Fees & Payment

Course Fees and Payment Terms

All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change. The fee applicable at the time of enrolment confirmation is binding.

Payment Options

• Full payment at the time of enrolment
• EMI plans starting from ₹2,500/month via partnered payment gateways
• Corporate billing arrangements for organisational enrolments

Payment Terms

• Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or approved EMI setup
• Payments are processed securely via third-party PCI-DSS compliant gateways
• GST and applicable taxes are charged as per Indian tax regulations
• Fee receipts will be issued to the registered email address within 24 hours

06 — Cancellation & Refund

Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Before course start: Full refund if cancellation is requested more than 7 days before the batch start date
• Within 7 days of batch start: 50% refund if fewer than 2 sessions have been attended
• After 2 sessions: No refund is applicable; however, you may transfer to a future batch once at no extra charge
• Demo sessions: Free of charge and non-refundable (no fee collected)
• Corporate bookings: Subject to the terms of the individual corporate agreement

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@kashatraining.com. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

07 — Student Conduct

Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment. By enrolling, you agree to:

• Attend sessions punctually and notify the institute in advance if you are unable to attend
• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect at all times
• Not record, share, or distribute session content, course materials, or recordings without written permission
• Not engage in cheating, plagiarism, or misrepresentation in assessments or projects
• Use institute resources (labs, tools, software) solely for authorised learning purposes
• Not use our platforms to harass, spam, or harm others

Violation of this code may result in immediate removal from the course without refund, at Kasha Training's sole discretion.

08 — User Obligations

Your Responsibilities on the Website

By using the Website, you agree that you will not use it in any unlawful manner and that you will respect these Terms and our Privacy Policy at all times. You will be required to use login credentials for certain sections of the Website, and we reserve the right to block access for any user who fails to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You agree and undertake that, when using the Website, you will not:

• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others
• Publish, post, upload, distribute, or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic, name, material, or information through any bookmark, tag, or keyword
• Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, unless you own or control the rights to it or have received all necessary consents
• Upload or distribute files containing viruses, corrupted data, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the Website or another person's computer
• Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, or chain letters
• Communicate spam, advertise, or sell services such as digital downloads, eBooks, or phishing links
• Download any file posted by another user that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in that manner
• Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal notices, or proprietary designations or labels on the origin or source of software or material contained in an uploaded file
• Reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from the Website
• Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines applicable to a particular service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in force in or outside India
• Violate any other terms and conditions for use of the Website contained elsewhere in this Agreement

09 — Intellectual Property

Ownership of Content

All content made available on kashatraining.com — including text, still images, graphics, voice, and video, whether on our website, email newsletters, or SMS services — belongs to Kasha Training or its content associates and licensors. This includes all course materials, curricula, presentations, recorded sessions, and project templates.

The information on our Website has been obtained from sources we believe to be reliable. Kasha Training and its associates and licensors own all intellectual property rights, including copyright and database rights, in this content.

Permitted Use

• Content is intended for knowledge-gaining purposes only
• You may view content on a computer screen, PDA, or mobile device
• You may print individual pages on paper, but you may not photocopy them
• You may store pages in electronic form on a disk or mobile device for private, individual use only — not on any server or storage device connected to a network
• You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute any course content
• Recording of live sessions is strictly prohibited without prior written consent
• The Kasha Training name, logo, and brand elements may not be used without written authorisation

Projects you build during the course as part of your personal portfolio remain your intellectual property, unless they incorporate proprietary templates provided by us.

10 — Placement Support

Placement Assistance Terms

Kasha Training offers placement support as a value-added service. The following terms apply:

• Placement support is provided to students who have successfully completed the course and obtained certification
• We facilitate introductions to our 200+ hiring partners but do not guarantee employment or specific salary packages
• Your profile will only be shared with hiring partners upon your explicit written or digital consent
• Interview preparation, resume review, and mock sessions are provided on a best-effort basis
• The final hiring decision rests entirely with the employer; Kasha Training is not a party to any employment contract

11 — Limitation of Liability

Disclaimers & Liability

Kasha Training's services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we make no warranties, express or implied, about:

• Uninterrupted or error-free delivery of online sessions or website access
• Guaranteed employment, salary, or career outcomes post-completion
• The accuracy or completeness of third-party tools, platforms, or technologies referenced in courses

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Kasha Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of data, loss of income, or missed opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific course in question.

12 — Privacy

Your Personal Data

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.

In brief, we collect only the data needed to deliver our services, we do not sell your data, and we protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Please read the full Privacy Policy for details.

13 — Modifications

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify enrolled students via email at least 14 days before changes take effect
• Post a notice on our website for general visitors

Continued use of our services after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 — Governing Law

Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
